Terms of Sale La R.E.S.P — Last updated: April 2026

1. Seller La R.E.S.P, SASU au capital de 1 700 €, SIREN 935 392 308, dont le siège social est situé au 20 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007 Paris, France. Contact : contact@laresp.com — 01 73 73 26 97.

2. Products All items offered for sale are both vintage, pre-owned pieces and brand new — clothing, furniture, decorative objects, and accessories. Each item is unique. In case of vintage pieces all condition is described as accurately as possible in the product listing; minor signs of age or wear inherent to the item's vintage nature are not considered defects.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of applicable French VAT.
La R.E.S.P reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. La R.E.S.P reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraud. The customer will be notified and refunded in full.

5. Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of order. All transactions are secured.

6. Shipping Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, customs duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Right of withdrawal Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. This right does not apply to in-store purchases or to international orders placed outside the EU. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranties As a seller of vintage goods, La R.E.S.P is subject to the legal warranty of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the warranty against hidden defects (garantie contre les vices cachés) under French law, within the limits applicable to pre-owned items.

9. Disputes These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may seek amicable resolution by contacting us directly at contact@laresp.com. Failing that, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
