1. General

This website is operated by La R.E.S.P (SASU, SIREN 935 392 308), registered in France, with its principal place of business at 20 rue des Saints-Pères, 75007 Paris. By accessing or placing an order through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products

La R.E.S.P offers clothing, furniture, decorative objects, and accessories both vintage and new.
All vintage items are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces. Condition is described as accurately as possible in each product listing; minor signs of age or wear consistent with the item's vintage nature are not considered defects. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. All prices are displayed in euros and are inclusive of applicable VAT.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. La R.E.S.P is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. In-store sales are final. EU online orders benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal. International online orders are final, with exceptions for items significantly not as described or damaged in transit.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, editorial copy, and the La R.E.S.P identity — is the property of La R.E.S.P and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La R.E.S.P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
